How It All Started

Inspired by a broken arm

BareBag was born out of a real-life challenge. When our founder temporarily injured his arm, he experienced the frustration of juggling multiple items with only one hand. This sparked the idea for an inclusive product that would free your hands from unnecessary labor in everyday urban life.

Every generation of BareBag took 10-16 months to engineer, test, and improve. We don't do fast fashion. Every design was simplified and refined with intention.

Whenever you have external items like shopping bags or other objects taking up your hands, you can easily hang them on BareBag’s iconic open-hook carry system. Designed to be intuitive and functional, it empowers you to move freely, hands-free.

A Continuous Commitment

Sustainability

After engineering plastic-free, fully compostable packagings for all product lines, BareBag introduced 100% recycled materials used in our custom hardwares and straps. In addition, we're the reclaiming the excess materials generated during the R&D process to create a unique series of Nano Discs.
