At BareBag, we design for global urban life. To ensure reliable international delivery while keeping shipping accessible, we ship all orders using air freight with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, covering all duties, taxes, and standard handling fees for our customers.

Please review the details below for a full understanding of our shipping process.


1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to most major countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Oceania.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@bybarebag.com for assistance.


2. Order Processing & Dispatch Commitment

All orders are prepared and dispatched from our facility within 3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Dispatch vs. Shipping Notification

Due to the nature of shared-freight international logistics:

  • Orders may leave our facility within 3 business days

  • The official shipping confirmation and tracking number may be sent 1–3 business days later, once the final-mile carrier assigns the tracking number

  • This delay does not indicate a delay in shipment


3. Shipping Method & Transit Time

All orders are shipped via DDP air freight, meaning BareBag covers:

  • Import duties

  • Customs taxes

  • Standard customs handling fees

Estimated Delivery Time

  • 5–25 days after dispatch, depending on destination country and customs clearance

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Destination country regulations

  • Local customs processing speed

  • Final-mile carrier performance

  • Seasonal volume and external factors

All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.


4. Tracking Information

Once your shipment is registered with the destination country’s last-mile carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may not appear immediately

  • International transit may show limited or no updates for several days

  • Final delivery is handled by local postal or courier services


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package characteristics.

Any duties, import taxes, and standard handling fees are included in the shipping service and will not be charged upon delivery.


6. Customs & DDP Disclaimer

All shipments are sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.

BareBag assumes responsibility for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs taxes

  • Standard clearance fees

Please note:

  • DDP does not cover exceptional charges caused by incorrect customer-provided information, remote area surcharges, or delivery reattempt fees

  • Customers may be contacted by the carrier for identity verification or local compliance requirements, depending on country regulations


7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate and complete shipping information.

BareBag is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability

  • Additional charges arising from address corrections or delivery reattempts

  • Stolen packages that was confirmed delivered.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we guarantee timely dispatch, international shipping may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Customs inspections

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays or force majeure events

Such delays do not qualify for refunds once the order has been dispatched.


9. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or indicates delivery but the package was not received, please contact info@bybarebag.com.

We will investigate with our logistics partners and provide resolution based on carrier confirmation.
